Q: How can I view my previous orders
A: To view your previous orders, please log in using your email address and password, go to ‘My Account’ using the link at the top right corner of the page and after that click on my order at the left of the page. All of your previous orders can be viewed on this page.
Q: How do I know the products that I need to buy for my Kid?
A: Click on "Buying Guide" to know the products that you need to buy for your kids.
Q: I’m not sure what size to order?
A: Please check the "size chart" on our website. In case of further assistance, please email your size query and details of the item so we can check for you. You can also reach out to our customer care team for any assistance.
Q: How do I know my order has been confirmed?
A: You will receive a mail once you complete the buying process.
Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
A: Orders can be canceled within a specific time frame after placement. Visit the website go to your order click on the order you want to cancel and cancel the order.
Q: How can I update my shipping address after placing the order?
A: You can update your shipping address by reaching out to our customer care team.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: You can pay for your order by Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/Wallets/UPI/Other Online Payment.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card or debit card here?
A: Yes, our site and payment gateway are secured as per Industry standard. 100% PCI DSS Compliant & Certified solution.
Q: Any hidden taxes and charges?
A: There is no hidden charges.
Q: I just made a payment but it did not go through. What can I do?
A: Reach out to our customer care team, they will assist you.
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option?
A: Currently, we do not provide Cash on Delivery. We accept payments through various online methods mentioned in the FAQ.

Delivery

Q: How is my order delivered?
A: Your order will be dispatched through an independent courier service.
Q: Can I track my delivery after dispatch?
A: Yes, Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a message and email you the details of the courier along with your shipment details and/or a tracking link. You just need to follow the link and track your order.
Q: What happens if I’m not in at the time of delivery?
A: Since the delivery is by an independent courier service, they will reattempt delivery up to two times, after which they will return the parcel back to their depot. However, a second attempt will be made after calling you and confirming the time frame of delivery.
Q: My parcel has been returned back to the delivery depot, what now?
A: Please contact us with the details of your order so that we can liaise with the delivery company to get your order redelivered.
Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: Rs.109 as a delivery charge for every order.
Q: How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
A: Delivery times vary based on your location. You can check the estimated delivery time during the checkout process.
Q: Can I change the delivery date after placing an order?
A: Once your order is confirmed, the delivery date is fixed. If you have specific delivery date requirements, please contact our customer care team before placing the order.

Change Details

Q: How do I change the delivery instructions on my order?
A: Please email us with the details of any new delivery instructions as soon as possible so that the order can be updated. Once dispatched, we cannot change any delivery instructions.
Q: Can I modify my order after placing it?
A: If you need to change anything on your order after submitting the payment, please email us with the order number and the items you would like to change on your order as soon as possible. We will attempt to make the necessary changes although this is not always possible if the items have already been produced / dispatched.
Q: Can I add an additional item to my order?
A: If your order has not been dispatched, you can add additional items to the order by emailing the details to us. We will attempt to take payment from the original payment card; however, it may be necessary for us to contact you to take payment if any details have changed. Please be aware that if you add additional items to your order, it may delay the dispatch of the whole order as we aim to dispatch all items together.

Exchange & Refund

Q: Can I return an item for an exchange?
A: You can return any items to us within 7 days of delivery for exchange by contacting our dedicated support team. Please make sure you read our exchange policy before contacting us.
Q: How do I exchange my product?
A: To exchange any product, you can go to your order section and click on the product you want to exchange; the exchange option will be available. Click on the exchange option and select the product you want to exchange with; the difference amount for the new product will be available you can pay the difference amount to process the new order. If the exchange price is less than the previous order, a refund will be initiated when the product has been returned, and the amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days. Additional delivery charge of Rs 130 will be applicable for the exchange.

Q: How can I return my order?
A: You can return any items to us within 7 days of delivery for returning the product you can visit your order page and select the item u want to return and click on return. Please make sure you read our return and exchange policy before contacting us.
